WANNA WANDA'S ART COMMISSIONS TERMS OF SERVICEBy commissioning me, the artist, you are agreeing to the following terms of service.
These terms are subject to change at any time. They also apply to projects that are for personal use only.GENERAL INFORMATION
- The finished artwork will be sent to you, the client, only upon full payment of the total commission fee.-By default, I am offering digital artworks for personal and private use. the client must discuss with me if the artwork is intended for other purposes (e.g. commercial use, distribution, for-profit endeavors). You are prohibited from selling the final work in any manner or form.- I, the artist, reserve the rights over my artworks. Do not claim them as your own, and do not modify them.- I may include all commissioned artworks in my portfolio, post them on any platform, modify them, and repurpose them. I may also sell artworks that were commissioned for personal use provided that the client allows me to do so. However, clients may request to keep their commissioned artworks private.- The artist must be properly credited whenever the commissioned artwork is shared on any platform. Please include my social media handle @wannawandaart, my Instagram profile link, or my artist name “Wanna Wanda.”- Commissioned artworks will be imagined in my art style. Note that my art is highly stylized, and it may not always capture the exact likeness of a person, character, or object. Please don't ask me to mimic another artist's style.- I may refuse commission requests which I am not comfortable doing or are beyond my skill set (e.g. mecha, furry, hyperrealistic images, other artists' style, not safe for work or NSFW content)- Using the commissioned artwork for non-fungible tokens (NFT), artificial intelligence (AI) training, or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.RATES AND PAYMENT
- A non-refundable down payment amounting to 50% of the base price is required to secure a slot. I will only start working on the piece once the down payment has been sent by the client.- Refund requests may be considered, but they will only be catered to at the discretion of the artist.- Complex details or props in the commissioned artwork may incur additional costs that are subject to the artist’s discretion.- All payments in Philippine Peso (PHP) shall be sent via GCash only, while payments in other currencies shall be sent via PayPal only.REVISION POLICY
- For every artwork, I will allow only two free minor revisions.- Major revisions may require additional payment.- What constitutes a minor or a major revision is subject to the artist's judgment. Revision fees may vary depending on the specifics of each revision request.TURNAROUND TIME
- Turnaround time (TAT) can take at least 2 weeks from the date of down payment.- If you have a deadline and would like your request to be prioritized, I will require a rush fee.- The total TAT may vary depending on your place in the queue and the complexity of the piece.
